About
We are a Trinitarian Christian Homeschool Group that meets every Tuesday at a local church here in Idaho Falls. We are a parent-led parent-run group with classes for kids ranging from 4 to 17 years old.
This year we only have classes for kids ages 4 to 11.
Classes for specific ages depend on the parent's willingness to lead a class.
We are not a school nor a co-op.
Our Director is licensed with Classical Conversations which uses Bible-based curriculum together with the classical model of teaching. Parents stay and learn alongside their child on how to use the classical model at home, and meeting together at least once a week fosters a support group for the parents and socializing for the kids.
If you believe in the Triune God and want a curriculum that
has God at the center then God's Strength Community may be for you.
There is an application process and training for the parents who are called to lead a class.

about what Classical Conversations is and to answer questions that
help determine if our community is a good fit for you and your family.

Meet our Director
Hello All! My name is GaBrielle
I am a momma with many hats, but my children are my motivation to be the best mom God created me to be.
I created this homeschool community to better serve our area with a Christian program meant to do two things: one, to build a support group of other Christian homeschool parents, and two, to enable us to teach our children about God and his world. My name means God's Strength so naturally I named this group God's Strength Community.
I decided to license under Classical Conversations because I believe in the program and see the value in it. I am teaching my children to know God and make him known. I am teaching them how to communicate their beliefs strongly and fluently. I am teaching them not what to learn, but how to learn and I am doing this all with a fantastic group of people who have the same vision for their children as I do. I am all about doing what is best for our community and will do what I can to serve my families. The fact that you have come this far tells me that you hold the same hope for your children and our community may be a good fit for you.
